How can I get a reward ticket?

Once you have accumulated enough Miles, you can request a reward at www.azurplus.fr, providing your member number and your confidential code, one week before the scheduled departure date.You remain responsible for all taxes.If you need up to 1,000 miles to obtain your reward, you can contact Azur Plus customer service to buy the necessary additional Miles.

 

2. Can I modify or cancel my reward ticket?

Your travel dates can be modified for a penalty of €80 per trip within the limit of the ticket’s validity if you have taken a Low Miles reward.Date modifications can be made by calling Azur Plus customer service or directly with the Reservations department.In case of a reward cancellation one week before the scheduled departure date, the Miles will be credited back to you.Between three and seven days, a penalty of 25% of the miles will be withheld, and 50% after this period.

 

3. Can I give a reward ticket to someone?

You can give a reward ticket to a third person.Regarding the Azur Plus Jeune programme, the reward ticket can only be issued for the account holder.

 

4. How long is a reward ticket valid?

A reward ticket is valid for one year from its date of issuance (excluding promotion).

 

5. How can I get an upgrade?

An upgrade is obtained with a ticket reserved in certain classes.The request must be made at www.azurplus.fr.

 

6. How can I use an Excess Luggage reward?

The excess luggage reward (from 5 to 30 kg) and Pièce Concept (23 kilos) are applied on a single one-way trip and is not valid during school break or holiday periods.Only one reward may be used per flight.The excess luggage reward and Pièce Concept reward cannot be modified or cancelled.
