1. How can I join the programme?

Enrolment is free and takes effect with your first flight on our airlines. Sign up on our Web site www.azurplus.fr.

 

2. Can children join the programme?

Any person over age 2 can sign up for the Azur Plus loyalty programme.The Jeune card is intended for travellers ages 2 to 24.However, for minors, a written confirmation with parental authorisation is essential.


3. I am a new member and have not received my card yet.When will I receive it?

Your card will reach you within 10 days from your first flight on Aigle Azur airlines.

 

4. I joined the programme and have not received my welcome bonus.

The welcome bonus is credited to your account once you take your first flight on our airlines within six months after you sign up.

 

5. My card was lost or stolen.What do I need to do?

If your card is lost or stolen, you must inform us in writing (see Contacts).Your card will be replaced within four weeks.You will keep the same member number and continue to enjoy the Miles credited on your account.

 

6. I got married / I need to change the spelling of my name.What do I need to do?

Any name modification or change must be requested by mail, sending all of the necessary supporting documents to us as well (marriage certificate, photocopy of the identity document, etc.).After receiving the supporting documents, Azur Plus customer service will update your personal data.

 

7. I have lost my confidential code : what do I need to do?

Go to the section Lost confidential code at www.azurplus.fr.
