1. How can I have my Miles credited automatically?

You must provide your member number when you make your reservation, purchase your ticket, or check in.

 

2. How long are my Miles valid?

Your Miles are valid for three years, regardless of the type of card that you have.

 

3. How can I get credit for a flight missing from my account?/ The Miles that were credited to my account do not correspond to the fare that I paid.

If the Miles are not recorded in your account after your trip, you must send us the ticket stub or a copy of the travel memo for an electronic ticket, as well as the original boarding pass, within six months after your trip.

 

4. Do I accumulate Miles with my reward ticket?

Reward tickets do not allow you to accumulate Miles.

 

5. How often are account statements sent?

You are invited to consult your statement at www.azurplus.fr.You will receive statements by e-mail based on your travel frequency.

 

6. Are my Miles transferable to a third person’s account?

Your Miles cannot be transferred or combined with Miles in another account.
